Temporary Management:

You work hard to run the department on a daily basis and deserve a break.  With our temporary management solutions, we can provide leadership to your staff on a temporary basis while you take of you.  All of our managers have experience leading a multi-disciplinary cancer team in a variety of capacities.  In addition, our managers are all licensed radiation therapists or dosimetrists and have Masters degrees from high-ranking, well-respected universities.  We insist our managers have Masters degrees in either Healthcare Management and Leadership or MBA’s.  In addition, all of our managers are certified billing and coding experts and have passed the ROCC© exam offered through AMAC©.  We will follow through your work plan while providing technical guidance in your absence.  Our managers are available for short and long term assignments, such as a short holiday or extended illness.
