Frequently Asked Questions 1. Q: What are the individual prices for the services provided by RadOnc Solutions, LLC? A: Due to the fact that RadOnc Solutions, LLC develops customized solutions to individualized issues, fixed pricing is impossible to achieve. However, rest assured that we remain the industry leader in fair pricing and will always operate at a discount to our competitors. Once you contact us and we are able to gain an accurate picture of the task at hand, we will generate a complete package for you showing what services you can expect along stated goals and expected outcomes, along with pricing for the various services. 2. Q: What is the expected time frame for completion of services? A: Again, RadOnc Solutions, LLC will provide your practice with a highly customized solution, so it is very difficult to state time frames for various services. Larger practices generally will take slightly longer. In many instances, our staff will work alongside your staff for a period of time so we can gain a true and accurate assessment of your needs. Rest assured that the job is not complete until our customers are completely satisfied, no matter how long it takes. 3. Q: Our department has a complete EMR system, with all patient information being stored there. Are there discounts for customers with EMR systems? A: Generally speaking, yes, we can give customers who are completely chartless (no paper) a discount on some of our services, especially auditing services. It is required, however, to be able to access the system remotely. However, we at RadOnc Solutions, LLC prefer to interact one-on-one with our customers and intentionally keep our prices low to be able to continue this tradition.
